NEWS FOR 2008 

WASHINGTONIAN MAGAZINE - This is still news to some who don't receive our monthly newsletter in the mail...  In Washingtonian Magazine's annual survey of 260 top event planners and other wedding professionals, RETROSPECT was named the top-ranked band for weddings in the Washington DC area, in January 2007 and again in the January 2008 issue.

JULY,  2008

    -  Finally - among all the weddings and parties, a public performance! Open to the public and FREE. Retrospect will perform on Friday evening, July 18th, on the plaza beside the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, from 6-9pm. This is the popular Bethesda Metro Dance series, but you don't have to dance to enjoy it - there's plenty of seating for listeners. We'll be outdoors on the plaza at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and Old Georgetown Road in downtown Bethesda. Parking under the Hyatt is discounted to $2 with validation at the dance. Or take the Metro to the Bethesda Metro Center stop, and you can see us from the top of the escalator.
